Karex Family
Innolatex Sdn Bhd (ISB) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Act on 2 December 1999 and commenced operations in 2000. ISB is principally involved in the manufacturing and sales of condoms.
Innolatex (Thailand) Limited (ITL) was incorporated in Thailand as a private company under the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand on 7 August 2003 and commenced operations in 2006. ITL is principally involved in the manufacturing of all types of condoms, gloves and/or products from rubber.
Karex Industries Sdn Bhd (KISB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the name of Banrub Sdn Bhd as a private limited company under the Act on 4 May 1988 and commenced operations in 1989. KISB assumed its present name on 5 February 1994 and is principally involved in the manufacturing and sale of condoms.
MLD was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Act on 1 September 1987, commenced operations in 1987 and divested by Karex Family on November 2015. MLD is principally involved in the manufacturing of condoms.
Global protection corporation (GPC) was incorporated in the United States (US) as a private limited company under the Act on 21 July 1998, commenced operations in 1988 and was divested by Karex Family. GPC is principally involved in the sales and distribution of condoms.
Pasante Healthcare Limited (PHL) was incorporated in the United Kingdom (UK) as a private limited company under the Act on 5 April 2002, commenced operations in 2002 and was acquired by Karex Family. PHL is principally involved in the sales and distribution of condoms.
